The service
Ovelit Comply helps you keep worker records, attendance, wages, leave, grievances, safety and audit records, and checks them against rules you can change. It does not employ your workers, hold your money, certify your factory or replace your legal and labour advisers. Labour-law defaults and wage figures are starting points that you must check against the current gazette and your agreements.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping it true, for telling workers how their data is used, for paying wages and dues on time, for acting on complaints, and for keeping logins private. Using the service to keep a second, different set of records for audits is not allowed.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are charged per active worker per month, in advance. A plan that is not renewed falls back to the Free plan seven days after it ends; no data is deleted.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and back it up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
