The calculators and checklists on this site run in your browser. What you type is kept in your browser's local storage so it is there next time, and is never sent to us. These pages use no analytics or advertising trackers.
Factory accounts
A factory that uses Ovelit Comply stores its records with us: worker files, attendance, wages, leave, separations, grievances, committees, safety records, audits and corrective actions. The factory controls that data; we process it on its behalf to run the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Workers
Workers sign in to the worker app with their mobile number and a PIN. They see their own attendance, leave, payslips, notices and complaints. Personal documents and photos are stored privately and are visible only to the factory's office users with permission to see worker files.
Anonymous complaints
A complaint sent anonymously, from the worker app or from the QR page, is stored without the sender's name, phone number or worker record. The sender gets a tracking code to read replies and add to the case. We do not give the factory any way to identify an anonymous sender.
Evidence packs
A factory can share an evidence pack with a buyer by link. The pack shows totals and registers for the chosen period, and the link stops working on the expiry date the factory sets. The factory can see when a pack was opened.
Messages
Payment messages, leave decisions and complaint replies are sent by SMS and email on the factory's behalf, and a copy of each is kept in the factory's message log.
Your rights
Ask the factory that holds your record to correct it, or write to hello@ovelithub.com. Account owners can export or delete their data on request.
